材料

2-3 servings
  1. baby broccoli 1 bunch (200 g)
  2. shrimp (peeled and deveined) 100 g
  3. oyster mushroom (shredded) 100 g
  4. garlic (minced) 1 clove
  5. canola oil 1 tablespoon
  6. water 2 tablespoons
  7. For the sauce:
  8. oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
  9. Chinese dark soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon
  10. Chinese light soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon
  11. sake 1 tablespoon
  12. mirin 1 tablespoon
  13. ground white pepper 1/8 teaspoon
  14. toasted sesami oil 1 tablespoon

作り方

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Combine all the sauce ingredients, set aside.

  3. 3

    Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. 4

    Add shrimp and stem, then cook.

  5. 5

    Once shrimp gets pink, flip it over, then cook.

  6. 6

    Add the rest of the broccoli, mushroom, garlic and water.

  7. 7

    Then cover and cook for 5 minutes or→

  8. 8

    Cook until the veggies are almost completely cooked through.

  9. 9

    Uncover, stir in sauce and toss well.

  10. 10

    Turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil over it.

  11. 11

    Toss once more, then serve!

コツ・ポイント

I skipped blanching the shrimp, and instead covered and cooked it to keep a nice texture. I think it saves time!
