材料

  1. cauliflower 1 large head
  2. kosher salt to taste
  3. freshly ground black pepper to taste
  4. extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons
  5. tomato sauce (ID : 20693724)
  6. Italian cheese mix 1 cup
  7. fresh basil (chopped) 1/4 cup
  8. crushed red pepper flakes optional

作り方

    Preheat the oven to 400F.

    Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. 3

    Gather all the ingredients.

  4. 4

    Remove leaves from the cauliflower head.

  5. 5

    Level the bottom stem on the surface to place the head flat.

  6. 6

    Cut the cauliflower into 1" thick sllices.

  7. 7

    Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet.

  8. 8

    Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the cauliflower.

  9. 9

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Bake for 15-20 mins or until it's tender and lightly golden.

    Remove from oven top with tomato sauce.

    Sprinkle cheese and basil.

  13. 13

    Bake for another minute until cheese melted. Serve.

コツ・ポイント

Adjust bake time to your preferred doneness. Cook only until pieces are tender and crisp.
