Quinoa has an easy preparation like lentil. That's why I like to use these ingredients for salads and more!
作り方

Add quinoa into a fine mesh colander.

Rinse under running water for 30 seconds. Drain well.

Add rinsed quinoa, water and bouillon into a small saucepan

Bring to a boil then reduce to a low simmer and cook.

Cook, uncover until the liquid is absorbed by the quinoa.

Remove from heat, cover 5 mins for it to rest and fluff up.

Gather all the ingredients.

In a large bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until blended.

Once the quinoa is mostly cool, add it to a large bowl.

Combine pepper/shallot/corn/cilantro/garlic/cheese then toss

Stir in garbanzo beans and toss once more.

Taste, adjust with additional salt and pepper as needed.

Let the salad rest for 10 minutes before serving.
コツ・ポイント
This recipe uses garbanzo beans but you can swap it with black beans to change it for a more firm texture!
