Combine all the sauce ingredients and set aside.

Marinate the meat for 5 minutes.

Gather all the ingredients.

Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic, and cook until fragrant.

Add meat and cook until almost heated through.

Add the komatsuna stems, then cook for about 30 secs.

Add the rest of the komatsuna leaves and cook until wilted.

Stir in the sauce mix and cook until combined.

Tate, add salt and pepper as needed. Serve.
