Leave butter, sour cream and egg until they are room temp.

Grease a pan or a line of parchment paper.

Center a rack in the oven and preheat to 350F.

In a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients and whisk well.

In a large bowl, beat the butter and half of the sugar.

Beat them until thick and fluffy. Repeat the rest.

Beat in the egg and mix well.

Whisk in cream, banana, and vanilla. Mix well.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

Switch to a rubber spatula and stir gently.

Continue until no flour pockets remain. Don't over mix.

Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.

Give the pan a rap on the counter to get rid of air bubbles.

Bake 20-25 mins and test with a toothpick.

Remove from the oven and put the pan on a wire rack.

Allow the bread to cool completely in the pan.

コツ・ポイント
Don't over mix the batter to keep a moist and fluffy texture. Add sour cream to maintain a moist texture.
