作り方

Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add onions and cook until translucent.

Add meat and break it up with a spoon/spatula while cooking.

Continue to cook until the meat is heated through.

NOTE: For real meat, cook until browned.

Stir in all the taco seasoning, and cook for 1 minute.

Add tomato, water, and stir until combined. Heat to low.

Continue cooking until the sauce gets reduced and thickens.

Taste, and adjust the seasoning with salt.

Prepare the taco rice bowl:

Serve the cooked rice on a bowl/plate.

Put the lettuce over the rice.

Put the taco meat over the lettuce.

Put diced avocados over the taco meat.

Add other optional toppings and serve with tabasco.

NOTE: You can use ground beef/bison too!
コツ・ポイント
I prefer to not use fresh tomatoes, so I use tomato paste instead. Use jasmine rice instead of short grain rice.
