Put Pancake Mix, Milk & Egg Yolk in bowl. Mix well Set aside

Using electric mixer, whisk Egg Whites until soft peaks form

Gradually add Sugar & LJ, whisk until stiff peaks form.

Egg White mixture (meringue) should be thick, smooth, glossy
- 5
Add 1/4 of meringue into batter (step 1) & mix well
- 6
Fold rest of meringue into the batter.

Put frying pan on low heat, spread oil/butter.

Put batter (try to make it thick by piling on top) & cover

Cook for about 4-5mins or until its surface is dry
- 10
Place pancakes on plate and put toppings of your choice.
