材料

  1. potato (200g after peeling) 250 g
  2. oil
  3. mayo and ketchap
  4. covering
  5. maida 2 tablespoons
  6. potato starch 2 tablespoons
  7. salt 1/2 teaspoon
  8. black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  9. white pepper

作り方

  1. 1

    Peel and cut potatoes

  2. 2

    Put all of covering ingredients in a plastic bag

  3. 3

    Put potatoes in the bag

  4. 4

    Mix well

  5. 5

    Put oil in a frying pan and put potatoes before heating

  6. 6

    Heat with medium heat (Do not touch potatoes)

  7. 7

    Stop heating when potato covering is nicely crunchy and colored
