作り方

Grease 12 cups cake pan with butter or coconut oil,

Dust flour or powdered sugar.

Pastry flour, then gradually add milk and cream, mixing it.

Add egg, sugar, and sal, Grind Marnier in a bowl.

Pour batter into the pan, add prunes and prune paste.

Bake at 170°C-180°C for 45min (or 165°C AEG for 42min).

Remove from pan and let cool.
