Ingredients

  • 200 gramsWhite Chocolate
  • 500 mlPlain Yoghurt at room temperature
  • 125 mlConfectioners Sugar
  • 5 mlVanilla Essence
  • 15 mlGelatine
  • 45 mlWater
  • 125 mlCream

    Melt Chocolate

  2. 2

    Mix Yoghurt, Sugar and Vanilla

  3. 3

    Add melted Chocolate

  4. 4

    Soak Gelatine in water

  5. 5

    Add Gelatine to chocolate mixture

  6. 6

    Whip cream to soft peaks

  7. 7

    Fold cream into mixture

  8. 8

    Line a bread pan with cling wrap and spray with spray and cook

  9. 9

    Pour mixure into prepared pan

  10. 10

    Allow to set in fridge overnight

  11. 11

    Serve with fruit or compot of your choice

  12. 12

    Serve cold
