Ingredients

  • 1 boxuncooked manicotti noodles
  • 2 cupitialian cheese blend or mozerella
  • 1 packagesricotta cheese
  • 1 boxfrozen spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed
  • 2 clovefinely chopped garlic
  • 1egg slightly beaten
  • 1 canpasta sauce 25oz

    Heat oven to 375°F. Cook manicotti noodles as directed on box. Rinse with cool water.

  2. 2

    In medium bowl, stir together 1.5 cups of the Italian or mozerella cheese, ricotta cheese, spinach, garlic, and egg.

  3. 3

    In bottom of a 13x9 glass baking pan, spread one cup of the pasta sauce. Spoon ricotta mixture into manicotti noodles. Place noodles on sauce in dish. Pour remaining sauce over manicotti.

  4. 4

    Cover tightly with foil. Bake 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbling. Uncover dish, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake uncovered 5 minutes.

    If you desire meat, cook it up and place in cheese mix. Cook rest of instructions.
