grated carrot (I used a medium carrot -- juice must be squeezed out of the carrot -- then measured to a half cup) • rolled oats • multigrain cheerios • raisins • almonds • flaxseed • sesame seed • FOR THE COATING • agave • cinnamon • coconut essence (you can use whatever essence you have)
can of sliced peaches • scotch bonnet peppers • cilantro (I used local cilantro also called chadon beni) • salt (to kick up flavour) • sugar (to add sweetness) • white vinegar
