Ingredients

  1. 3pkts of 2kg Self raising flour
  2. 1/2 kgsugar
  3. 4eggs
  4. Coconut Milk
  5. Butter
  6. Grated lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Grated the lemon and mix with flour in a bowl

    Take the Butter and the sugar and mix till smooth then add to the flour and mix.

    Beat the eggs and mix together with the coconut milk. Then add to the flour.

  4. 4

    Knead the dough until it becomes elastic and smooth. Leave it to settle for 30mins.

    Heat your oil pan in the pan. Roll your dough in desired sizes and cut into pieces of choice and place in the heated oil.

    Till until Golden brown. Serve with cinnamon tea.
