Ingredients

  1. 4 cupssamp (soaked overnight)
  2. 1 cupsugar beans (soaked overnight)
  3. 1/3Cooking oil
  4. 1 teaspoonbutter
  5. 1 sachetcream of mushroom
  6. Dry parsley
  7. Salt
  8. 1/4fresh milk
  9. 4 tablespoonspowder milk
  10. 1 ½ chicken stock cubes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Steam the samp together with salt

  2. 2

    Add the beans

  3. 3

    After an additional hour add cooking oil and butter

  4. 4

    Add chicken stock and cream of mushroom to the samp

  5. 5

    Mix the fresh milk and powder milk then pour into the samp

  6. 6

    For the remaining 3 minutes add dry parsley
