  1. 400 gflour
  2. 200 gcooking oil
  3. 200 gsugar
  4. 3eggs
  5. 1/4 cupmilk
  6. 2 tspstrawberry essence (Pradip)
  7. 2 tspbaking powder

    Prepare the ingredients then measure. Grease the baking tin and pre heat the oven

    Mix the flour with baking powder and sieve

  3. 3

    Mix the cooking oil with sugar using a spatula

  4. 4

    Add eggs and essence then mix well

  5. 5

    Add flour bit by bit as you fold and cut incorporated. Add milk then fold and cut till well mixed

  6. 6

    Pour in the baking tin and bake at 180 degrees for 45 mins

  7. 7

The recipe does not indicate when to add milk. I added after the eggs and essence. The mixture was very hard. Is that the way it is supposed to be?
