Ingredients

  1. 1 kgflour
  2. 1tspn salt
  3. 2 tbspncoconut
  4. Water (hot)
  5. Oil
  6. 2tspn cardamon powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix water, coconut,flour and cardamon

  2. 2

    Knead till dough is smooth add oil and let it set for 30 min

  3. 3

    Cut into balls apply oil and roll

  4. 4

    Place in a pan and dry both sides then add oil.

  5. 5

    Cook till brown and serve with your favourite stew
