Cooking has become a fun to me. My family loves chapati especially atta mark, hence always want to try a new way of cooking them. The results was soft and yummy layered chapati

Ingredients

  1. 1.5 kgatta mark 1
  2. 500 gmwhite flour
  3. 1/2 cupGrated coconut
  4. 1 tbssugar
  5. Salt as desired
  6. 50 mlcooking oil
  7. 1lt. Warm water

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients except water

  2. 2

    Add water bit by bit as you mix. Keep kneading till fine and soft but not sticking. Add some little oil as you knead the dough.

    Wrap with cling and let it rest for 30min. Divide the dough into four parts.

  4. 4

    Spread each part at a time and apply oil, then fold and cut into desired size.

  5. 5

    Fold the ball like parts with cling film for another 20min. Then roll round shape and fry in a pan.

    Serve hot with your desired stew.
