Ingredients

  1. Ginger-garlic paste
  2. Soft boiled corn
  3. Boiled peas (minji)
  4. 2-3smoked sausage
  5. 1carrot, cubed
  6. 1diced onion
  7. 1diced green bell pepper
  8. 1diced courgette
  9. leavesSome coriander
  10. Salt
  11. Cooking oil/ butter

Cooking Instructions

    Heat some cooking oil or butter, depending on your preferences. Add in onion, courgette and green bell pepper. Cook on medium heat until bell pepper is slightly soft.

    Add diced carrots the smoked sausages and cook for a minute or two.

    Add in salt and garlic paste,mix and cook for a minute.

    Add in your boiled corn and peas,as well as a tablespoon of water. Cover and let it cook over medium heat.

    Serve warm as a side dish.
