Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1festive bread 400g
  2. 2large bunch green onion
  3. 1/4 kgGround meat or any filling of choice
  4. 2 bunchcoriader
  5. 1 dashblack pepper
  6. Salt
  7. Green chillie
  8. 1 tbsptomato paste
  9. 2-3 cupsoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Start preparing your filling by cooking the ground beef till water has dried up. Add your Onion's,salt,spices and tomato paste. Cook for 5 mins stirring well. Add coriader,mix inn n cover till cooled for filling.

    For the bread, trim off the brown edges,leaving the white part. Using a rolling pin roll to flatten n make it firm.

    Add your filling apply water and flour glue to the bottom slice and place another slice on top of the filling then use a fork to press the edges.

    Deep fry in hot oil for 3 mins and drain in a paper towel.

    Enjoy with juice,milk or tea..
