Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat oven at 175 degrees.

Cream sugar and butter using a hand mixer or hand whip
- 3
Add 1 egg at a time as you continue mixing
- 4
Add vanilla essence. Set aside.

Sift the flour,baking powder and salt into a bowl
- 6
Into the creamed mixture, add flour mixture alternating with the milk.

Transfer the mixture into 2 8-inch pans and bake at 175 degrees for 35-45 mins.

After 35 mins check if it's cooked by inserting a toothpick..if it comes out clean the cake is ready.

Remove from the oven and let it cool. Serve with your choice beverage.
