Orange Cake Orange Cake
I wanted to make a refreshing cake with citrus fruits. This is like a variation of the Orange Yogurt Pound Cake recipe (ID:566906), but I decorated it so it could also be used as a eyecatching gift.Since the whole orange including the peel is used, it's best to use chemical-free oranges. Leaving the orange syrup overnight will elminate any bitterness from the orange peel. If you use a cake tin with a removable bottom and line the bottom wiith baking paper it will be really easy to take the cake out. This recipe uses the icing as a glaze. Recipe by nin cookpad.japan -

Chocolate Sponge Cake (Sokolatopita) Chocolate Sponge Cake (Sokolatopita)
Chocolate mmmmhhh a favorite sweet that most just love. I haven’t made this Chocolate Sponge cake in a while, and I decided to make it last night. I had all the ingredients and it only took about 35 minutes. Just mixed, baked and it was ready! When the cake finally cooled off, it was time to start pouring the homemade chocolate syrup on top, I have to admit just looking at it had me drooling and I’m not even a chocolate lover…Me like white Chocolate. 🙂Every dish or dessert I make I have to taste, this cake has me second guessing about not liking chocolate!!! 🙂 I added Cognac into the batter just to give it a bit of twist 🙂If you haven’t had Chocolate Sponge Cake try this recipe you’ll love it!! Oil-Free Baked Yogurt Cake Oil-Free Baked Yogurt Cake
Try this out when you're craving cheesecake while you're on a diet!Once you have strained yogurt, all you need is to just mix the other ingredients. The key is to whip the eggs really well. Adjust the amount of sugar to taste. I think it tastes better when it's on the sweet side. Adjust the amount of lemon juice to taste. You can substitute the corn starch with cake flour. Christmas Yule Log Cake / Buche De Noel Christmas Yule Log Cake / Buche De Noel
#CookClickLast year during Christmas I planned something different something exceptional other than baking just an ordinary fruit cake . I planned making yule log cake which is originally a French recipe but I gave it a twist and here is the result ! It is essentially made of two sponge cakes one vanilla and the other chocolate . But I gave it a lot more effort to bring in the charm of an alpine region . How about thinking of a forest , a log is laid back there , there's a vine and wild berries over it , some orchids and mushrooms and obviously a pine or a Christmas tree ! All covered under a layer of snow ! I first imagined the whole scene then made it. Jayati Banerjee -

Butter at the End Apple Black Tea Pound Cake Butter at the End Apple Black Tea Pound Cake
I bought a lot of apples since they were in season. They were ripe and I wanted to use them. I had butter, so I made pound cakes. The batter rises easily and evenly when you shift the dry ingredients three times. You could do it twice but... Keep the cut apples in a colander so that it won't be watery. Recipe by Tamakinopapa cookpad.japan -
Carrot Cake Carrot Cake
My parents worked hard from a young age until their last days. Mom wasn't a whiz in the kitchen, but when she took the time, the little or much she prepared was truly amazing. This dessert was made with boxed cake mix and store-bought frosting, adding a few ingredients to make it truly exquisite and delicate. She was so creative in presenting her dishes that almost no one believed she made them with her own hands! I cherish this photo because we made this cake together about 4 years ago, and I'm very comforted to share the recipe with you. KARLA CARDENASTranslated from Cookpad Mexico
