I don't have an ice cream maker and I really wanted ice cream. I was happy when I found a can of coconut milk in the fridge and I decided to make this with a little help from the internet. You can also add any flavouring you like, not just Dates.

It's delicios and moist. :excited I highly recommend it for everyone. Tasty, healthy and unique :hungry (L)
