    Clean and cut your beef to your desired size.

    Boil and cook till all the water has completely dried.

  3. 3

    Add your cooking oil and fry till brown.

    Add your onions and keep stirring to avoid it burning. Then add the tomatoes.

  5. 5

    Lastly add a 1/4 tea spoon of tumeric. Do not forget your salt to taste. Serve with ugali + some greens.
