These super sweet cookies are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The perfect cookie for a girls' date or energy snack for children. (one is enough, at most two!)I first made these with a dear friend Emma last December on Christmas Eve. Got the recipe from Jacqueline Bellefontaine's Cookies galore recipe book. I tweaked it abit. #themechallenge

I saw this recipe on cookpad and I decided to try it. It came out very perfect. I love the result being that I was trying it for the first time. It was so crunchy and nice. Thank you Jane for the recipe. It's very healthy especially for kids

Ginger cookies are my favourite. The aroma when baked makes the house smell good. Its flavour is unbeaten especially with the combination of molasses, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.WARNING: You can't just eat one.
