  2. 2 tbspcornstarch
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. as per tasteSalt

  6. Forfrying paneer-

  8. 250 gramsPaneer cut in cube
  9. ForChilli paneer gravy-
  10. 1onion cut in cube
  11. 1capsicum cut in cube
  12. 2 tbspginger garlic chopped
  13. as per tasteSalt
  14. 2 tspsoya sauce
  15. 2 tsptomato sauce
  16. 2 tspchilli sauce
  17. As per taste Black pepper (when u like)
  18. 2/3 cupwater
  19. 1/2 tspvinegar
  20. 2 tbspcornstarch

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add cornstarch, ginger garlic paste, salt add some water.mix well to get a smooth batter.

    Now add paneer cubes in batter.heat oil in a pan, frying paneer well.

    In the same pan, there will be some oil left.

    Add ginger-garlic, stir medium-high flame, add onion capsicum slightly cook.

    Add all sauces mix well,add water,mix well in high flame.

  6. 6

    Add 2 tbsp cornstarch water mix well.

  7. 7

    Lower the flame and then add this cornstarch paste to the gravy.

    Add the fried cubes.mix well paneer in the gravy.

    Check all sauces taste.

  10. 10

    Quickly Serve chilli Paneer.
