Ingredients

  1. 500 gmpaneer
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1capsicum diced
  4. 1tspn soy sauce
  5. 1tspn vinegar
  6. 1tblspn tomato paste
  7. 1tspn garlic paste
  8. 1tblspn oil
  9. 1/4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut paneer into cubes and lightly brown them in frying pan and set aside

  2. 2

    Use same oil, add garlic paste and capsicum saute abit then add the remaining ingredients cook the gravy for few minutes then add the paneer cubes and mix well

  3. 3

    Serve paneer masala with roti, naan or rice
