Cooking Instructions

Roast all whole spices for grinded masala powder.

Make powder and set aside.

Heat pan add ghee
- 4
Add red chilli jeera and coriander seeds
- 5
Add tomato and cook till mushy
- 6
Add grinded masala
- 7
Ginger and garlic when tomato cooked add red chilli powder and bell pepper

Cook a little add onion cubes and lastly add paneer cubes
- 9
And mix all of them.
