Chickpea, onion soup

Ingredients

45 minutes
two people
  1. 2 tbspoil and 2 tbsp butter
  2. Garlic crushed and tomatos
  3. vegetable stock or water
  4. Onions sliced and Herbyo spice
  5. Boiled chickpea
  6. Fresh dhania or parsley
  7. Heat the butter and oil, add onions and garlic
  8. Cook for a few minutes, cover and cook under low heat
  9. Cook s till soft and tender,add grated tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Add the chickpea, stir and let it cook.

    Gradually add the stock, let it boil, reduce heat and let it simmer

  3. 3

    Blend and garnish with dhania or parsley. Serve hot
