Ingredients

  1. 2 Cupsflour
  2. 1tspn baking powder
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 150 gbutter
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1tspn cake softener
  7. 1 Cupbutter milk
  8. 1 TbspnCocoa powder
  9. 1 Tbspnwhite vinegar
  10. Xtreme red food colour
  11. Whipped cream frosting
  12. 1 Cupwhipped cream
  13. I Cup pondered milk
  14. 1 CupExtreme Cold water

Cooking Instructions

    Start by making the butter milk: Use 1 Cup of powdered Milk 1 Cup of water and 1 Tbspn of white vinegar and mix then keep aside.

    In a bowl Sieve flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt and mix together

  3. 3

    In another bowl add butter and sugar, mix it till fluffy add the egg, then add the butter milk

  4. 4

    Put your white vinegar mix it, then be adding the flour mixture and mix well, add the red food colour and mix

  5. 5

    Lastly add one Scoop of the batter in each cupcake paper, then bake at 180dg for 25minutes

    Add whipping cream in a bowl, milk and cold water use a mixer and mix till fluffy

  7. 7

    Decorate your RVC cake with it and serve

  8. 8

    Its so delicious and soft
