  1. 310 gall purpose flour
  2. 50 gdessicated coconut
  3. 5 gyeast
  4. pinchsalt
  5. 25 gsugar
  6. 40 gmelted margarine
  7. warm milk
  8. 1tap Coconut essence

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble all the ingredients. Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add melted margarine and coconut essence and add milk as you knead to form a dough.hard knead on a flat surface for 10 minutes

    Cover and put it in a warm place for 1 hr or till it doubles in size.punch the dough down and put in a greased bread tin.

    Let it double again. Brush with water and sprinkle some dessicated coconut.in the pre heated oven bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes till evenly brown.. Brush with margarine let it cool completely before cutting and enjoy
