Cooking Instructions

Pre heat oven 180 degrees and prepare the baking tray.

In a bowl add flour, baking powder, sugar, icing sugar, ginger and salt. Mix well.

Add margarine and mix.

Make a well and add milk, knead to make a dough.

Transfer to a clean surface and flour it a little

Roll out and cut into circles with a tumbler.

Make holes on the top, I used a fork. You can also use a toothpick

Line them on a baking tray and bake for 20 mins.

Cool, serve with milk 😋
