Ingredients

  1. 1 cuproasted groundnuts
  2. 1tomato
  3. salt and pepper
  4. 1onion
  5. 1 clovegarlic
  6. 1/4" fresh ginger root
  7. 1/2 cupmala

Cooking Instructions

    Grind the groundnuts, as whole as they are, to some form of powder

  2. 2

    Blend the vegetables to a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and add in the blended vegetables. bring to a simmer.

  4. 4

    Add in the ground groundnuts and stir

  5. 5

    Add in the mala, bit by bit, as you stir continuously until it is starts to boil.

  6. 6

    Reduce heat and let simmer for at least 20 minutes.

  7. 7

    Garnish, serve and enjoy
