Fermentation gets better and better! Remember yesterday's Borscht A La Grace? Well, I decided to put it to pizza and wow wow wow it is the most amazingrest thing I ever tried yet! I used fermented products three ways: the borscht, the cream, and in the dough I put sour milk. I'm really getting into the fermentation sour taste!

Ingredients

at least 4 serv
  1. For Pizza Topping
  2. Borscht a la Grace (see my recipes)
  3. 1 cupfermented cream
  4. For Pizza Base
  5. 1 cupfermented milk
  6. 1 cupwater
  7. To tastesugar
  8. To tasteherbal salt
  9. 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  10. 1/4 cupoil
  11. Enough flour to make dough from liquid

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For pizza base, mix fermented milk, water, sugar, salt, flour, and baking powder. After you have a dough, add little oil to soften it.

    Roll the dough into a thick chapati shape and cook on a chapati pan until almost ready.

    Spread out the borscht on the thick, semi-cooked chapati thickly.

  4. 4

    Put small drops of fermented cream all over on top of the borscht topping.

  5. 5

    Put in the oven and cook until the cream starts to brown.

  6. 6

    Enjoy. But share! It doubles the enjoyment and satisfaction!
