Build your own pizza day with Cookswell

Every once and a while we have friends and suppliers over to the Cookswell Jikos HQ and we do a make your own pizza day.
We used a store bought pizza base (!) but sauteed and grilled all of the Mlango Farm Organic veggies and the lime and honey grilled chicken ourselfs.
This is a very fun way to get everyone cooking!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sautee the veggies with a bit of oil, salt and pepper in a pan before putting them in the oven
- 2
Pick some cherry tomatoes - one of the easiest things to grow that you can always have fresh on hand.
- 3
Bake the pizza - you can add some of the veggies now if you wish.
- 4
Grill the chicken kebabs - dont forget if you are using a sugar based marinade add it last to avoid burning
- 5
Chow down! Save water if you are with friends and dont use plates :)

Pizza Dip with Toasted Garlic Baguettes Pizza Dip with Toasted Garlic Baguettes
My kids love pizza and bug me all the time for pizza. I get tired of frozen pizza and sometimes don’t have the money to order a pizza. This works out great and everyone is happy. It’s easy and quick, and I also make my pizza monkey bread with this sometimes and have pizza night for dinner. (Out of my pizza dip and my pizza monkey bread, I’d say this one is my favorite, could be the cream cheese that’s in it )See my other recipe- pizza monkey breadThis is one recipe I make year around, and is good for any occasion or event . 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -

Honey Jalepeño Pizza Honey Jalepeño Pizza
Pizza, or as the Italians would say, “pizza.” Yes, I (Gianni) actually put that into Google Translate just to make sure that pizza in Italian wasn’t spelled differently. Pizza has come a long way from it’s humble origins in the bustling city of Naples to become a dish in the United States that is almost as American as apple pie. It’s no secret that we as Americans love pizza.Cara and I definitely love it. We have this weird thing that we do where we will replace songs lyrics with descriptions of eating pizza. Almost always involving anchovies even though neither of us has actually tried anchovies on pizza. But I digress…Pizza is comforting, it’s fun, easy to get creative with and it brings people together!Cara and I have often discussed the fact that there is really no “bad” pizza. Sure, there’s levels to it, but even a “bad” pizza isn’t that bad. It’s perfect for anyone just starting out in the kitchen because it can be done super simply (store bought crust, pizza sauce in a jar, packaged shredded cheese, done). Or it can be done super gourmet with a homemade crust, all-day-simmered marinara sauce, freshly shredded mozzarella and deli sliced pepperoni, garnished with fresh basil. This pizza recipe falls somewhere in between, so feel free to take shortcuts or step it up depending on your level of expertise in the kitchen. So wash your hands (or don’t, I don’t care) and let’s jump in! Meals with the Massaros -
Mini Corn Pizza (Pizza With Corn Base) Mini Corn Pizza (Pizza With Corn Base)
#mysterybox2Mini Corn Pizza is a fusion dish. These pizzas are made using sweet corn to prepare the base and our regular bell pepper and onion topping. For the pizza sauce, a mixture of some ketchup and chilli sauces has been used, though you can surely try using pesto or any other sauces of choice, like for instance, you can just mix up some barbeque sauce with the ketchup too!The ingredients used in this dish, like sweet corn, bell peppers, onions are all nutritious and you can go ahead and add any other veggies or even some meat as per choice. The base itself turned out very delicious, and the addition of the vegetable topping, pizza seasoning and cheese made the pizza totally mouthwatering! Pooja M. Pandit -

Pizza Wheels Pizza Wheels
Worked on creating this recipe with my sister, CatsCanCookToo. So many recipes call for biscuit dough as the crust, but if we're making pizza "rolls" why not use pizza dough? The hubby brigade approves so we are happy! Lol StephieCanCook -
