Cooking Instructions

Soak your rice for 45 mins as you Preboil the meat and drain the remaining soup, keep the soup to be used

Fry your choped onions until slightly brown, add the garlic and ginger followed by all the other spices add your meat let it cook until its brown

Add the rice and stir it to mix with the mixture

Add our meat water until it covers the rice
- 5
Add salt and vover it, but check it evry 3mins as you stir polepole
- 6
Lower the heat kabisaa and let it dry but still stir
- 7
Serve with whatever you prefer
