Ingredients

  1. 2 scoopspeanut butter (can use an ice scream scoop)
  2. 5 scoopsicing sugar
  3. 3 scoopsmilk
  4. 1 packetwaffers
  5. 1 tsplemon flavored
  6. 1 dashChoclate syrup

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes

    Mix the peanut butter, milk and icing sugar together and whisk to a smooth consistency

  2. 2

    Add the lemon flavor

  3. 3

    Prepare your tin by lining bottom with waffers (cracker crust would work perfectly too)

  4. 4

    Pour the mixture into the lined tin

  5. 5

    Cover and place in the freezer to set overnight for best results

  6. 6

    The next day, overturn your tin and let it drop(I was too impatient to wait overnight so gave mine 8 hours thus didn't set well)

  7. 7

    Turn the wedge and divide into two then place one half on top of the other

  8. 8

    Sprinkle with chocolate syrup and serve
