  3. 3/4 tspsalt
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 2 tbsppeanut
  6. 1 tbspcumin
  7. 1 tbspmustard

  9. 1onion, finely chopped
  10. 1potato, finely chopped
  11. 2green chilli, finely chopped
  12. 1/4 tspturmeric
  13. 2 tbspcoriander, finely chopped
  14. 2 tbsp lemon juice

    Take the pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot add mustard, jeera and asafoetida

    Now add chopped onion, green chillies and curry leaves. Add peanuts, cashews and raisins and saute for some time

    Serve hot with wedge of lemon.
