Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 250 gramsStrong bread flour
  2. 25 gramsUnsalted butter
  3. 100 gramsStrawberries
  4. 40 gramsCondensed milk
  5. 4 gramsSalt
  6. 40 mlMilk
  7. 2 1/2 gramsDry yeast

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Put all the ingredients into a bread machine. Add the dry yeast in the yeast compartment. Start the dough setting. Mash the strawberries with the back of a fork. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and add into the machine without draining the juice.

  2. 2

When the dough is complete, take it out of the bread machine. Divide into 8 portions and punch out the air. Roll it up into a ball. Cover with a tightly squeezed damp cloth and let rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

  3. 3

Stretch it out into a flattened oval. Fold into thirds and close the seam. Roll it into a cylinder.

  4. 4

Fold in half with the seam facing inwards. Make a cut.

  5. 5

Spread it out with the cut side facing upward and shape into a heart.

  6. 6

Lightly spray with water. Let the dough rise (second rising) until it has doubled in size.

  7. 7

Bake for 12 minutes at 180℃.

  8. 8

    It's so fluffy.
