I love baking on Saturday nights and this was a must try.

This is my first post ever. I am a baking rookie and off wheat. My second Banana bread but, my first time making Banana bread using flour that is not purely wheat. I wanted to try a somewhat gluten free recipe.

This is one of the most delicious and moist breads. It is easy to make.

This season bananas are plenty n ripening very fast so make use of your overripe bananas n enjoy.

Very simple banana bread recipe suitable for breakfast. You can add walnuts, chocolate chips, groundnuts, sultanas etc to your mix. In my case I added a handful of sultanas.

I love banana bread with black tea especially in the evening. The flavor is amazing. I like mine simple but you can add raisins or nuts if you fancy. Enjoy😊
