Ingredients

  1. 11/2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 3ripe bananas
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 1 tspvanilla essence
  7. 1/2 cupmargarine

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble all your ingredients

    Mash your bananas

  3. 3

    Mix sugar and margarine and beat till soft

  4. 4

    Add eggs one at a time then mashed bananas and vanilla essence

  5. 5

    Mix flour and baking powder and fold in to wet ingredients

  6. 6

    Pour salt on big sufuria, cover and preheat for 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Put the bread tin with batter and cover

  8. 8

    Put hot charcoal on top and bake for 30-40minutes

  9. 9

    Insert toothpick and if it comes out clean it means the cake is cooked
