Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1 tspbaking soda
  3. 1 tspbaking powder
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 cupsugar(adjust to your taste)
  6. 4ripe bananas
  7. 1/2 cupcooking oil
  8. 1 tspcinnamon powder
  9. 1 tspvanilla essence

    Assemble all your ingredients

    Cream sugar and cooking oil till soft, then add one egg at a time

    Mash your bananas using a fork

    Mix all your dry ingredients

    Mix sugar mixture with mashed bananas

    Fold in flour

    Pour it on baking sufuria, which you had greased and dusted with flour

    Pour salt on a big sufuria and preheat for 10 minutes

    Ensure the charcoal is red hot, put you batter and cover, put hot charcoal on top

  10. 10

    Bake for 45 minutes or until when you insert a toothpick it comes out clean

The recipe worked😊 though I baked in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees
