    Peel potatoes and clean them.

    Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes and add salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Drain the potatoes and place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes

    Dry your pork and drain the excess fat. Then add onions and fry using the remaining fat.

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes, and once completely cooked, add some grated ginger, salt and black pepper. Then add dhania once the pork is ready and turn off the heat.

  6. 6

    Set you pork aside and fry the french beans and carrots for 10 minutes, add tomatoes and dhania.

  7. 7

    Place the potatoes in a bowl and serve while hot.
