Simple lemon cake recipe with poppy seeds #recipemarathon
Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat your oven at 180°C as you prepare the cake batter. Grease your baking tin as well

Combine sugar and margarine in a bowl and beat together using a mixer or a whisk until light and fluffy. Add eggs one by one as you mix and lemon juice.

Pour your batter into your baking tin and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- 4
Pour the flour mixture into the sugar - margarine mixture and mix together. Add poppy seeds and fold them in.
