Easy Tofu "Steak" with Pork & Green Onion Sauce

Cooking Instructions

Drain tofu and cut it into bite-sized chunks. Wash the green onion and mince it.

Heat a little oil in a pan, and broil both sides of the tofu until it completely dries.

Starting preparing the ingredients for the sauce. Place the ground pork and green onion in a pan and stir-fry.

When pork is fried, add 200 ml of water, granuled soup stock, cooking sake, soy sauce and sugar, and boil it.
- 5
Turn the heat down, and thicken sauce by adding katakuriko dissolved in water. Transfer the cooked tofu to a dish and pour the sauce on top.
