Dates and tamarind pickle Juicy texture

Ingredients

  1. 10 Dates
  2. 20 gmsTamarind
  3. 1 spoonCurry leaves
  4. as neededSarkara paani(fluid in honey consistency)
  5. 1/4 spoonAsafoetida powder
  6. 1 spoonGinger garlic paste
  7. as per requirementSalt
  8. 1/4 cupwater
  9. 1 spoonmustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
    Add ginger-garlic paste
    Saute till light brown shade. Add 1/4 spoon chili powder and fenugreek powder 1/4 spoon on sim flame for 1minute. Add curry leaves.

    Add dates chopped and tamarind dissolved in water to above mixture. Add nutmeg fruit 1/4 spoon. Saute it well. Add sarkara fluid honey consistency 1/4 cup time 5 minutes.

    Add salt and Asafoetida powder.
    Now it's ready to serve.

    Goes good with fried rice. Sweet flavor. Try and tell.
