Ingredients

  1. Tamarind
  2. Water
  3. Sugar/honey and lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    After soaking your tamarind and removing the seeds, the pulp remains

  2. 2

    Set the pulp aside and cover it with a cling film or put it in airtight container..remove any impurities

  3. 3

    Use the pulp to make dips,chutney,to marinate your chicken and other meat

  4. 4

    Spice up your porridge with a little of the pulp

  5. 5

    Add it to your sauces and stews too

  6. 6

    Refrigerate it for up to a month

  7. 7

    Bhajia served with chutney
