Meatballs in tomato and coconut sauce Meatballs in tomato and coconut sauce
I'm pretty sure that my ability to cook is one of the keys to my marriage. In fact, I'm not 100% certain my wife would've agreed to marry me if it weren't for my passion for food and cooking. Still, that doesn't mean she doesn't occasionally have her doubts. Like when I told her I was going to make meatballs with tomato and coconut sauce for dinner. At first she assumed it'd be a curry, and when I told her it wouldn't be she simply said "it sounds a little weird." Fortunately the dish worked out (pretty brilliantly, actually), and both she and our daughter are believers once again. Robert Gonzal -
Momma's Meat Balls Momma's Meat Balls
I remember as a kid growing up every Sunday having mom's meatballs. There were always the best. Other families did all sorts of mixtures of different meats and seasonings but my mom's was always the best. Sharing our little family Italian history in this recipe.Joe

Turkey Meatballs in Thai Red Coconut Curry Turkey Meatballs in Thai Red Coconut Curry
Another country that my daughter and I love to visit for its food is Thailand 🇹🇭 If you have ever eaten Thai food you know it’s a rewarding experience. Thai food uses numerous kinds of herbs just like Indonesian food. Red Curry is one of our favorite dishes. You can use chicken, duck, pork, beef, or just tofu for this amazingly yummy coconut soup. This time I made some turkey meatballs with a touch of lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves to mix with the soup. Delicious! 😋#heirloomIf you like my recipes, please follow my Instagram @jenscookingdiary @jenscookdineandtravel jenscookingdiary -

Meat Balls with Hidden Brussels Sprouts Meat Balls with Hidden Brussels Sprouts
I wanted people who hate Brussels sprouts to eat them, so I hid them inside meatballs for a reverse-cabbage roll. My family ate up the Brussels sprouts without even realizing it, so I've repeated this recipe several times before settling on this version.*I used ground sausage meat to make this, but you can use sausages as well, or use ground pork and 2 slices of finely chopped bacon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and your favorite spices.*As for the tomato sauce, you can use store-bought, homemade, or even tomato purée. When using purée, add sautéed onions and garlic, sugar, and miso to round out the flavors. Recipe by sunny. cookpad.japan -
