Cooking Instructions

Soak the tamarind seeds into clean drinkable water for Atlist 30minutes.

Squeeze all the water from the seeds and place the seeds in a separate plate
- 3
Pour the mixture in the blender and,add the iliki seeds plus sugar then blend
- 4
Seeve the blended juice and add water depending on the size of the people you want to serve.
- 5
Taste the sugar level in the juice and if it's okay put the juice in the fridge for,about 15 mins then serve when cold.
