Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 16White dango
  2. Soy sauce-based sauce
  3. 60 gramsSugar
  4. 1rounded tablespoon ★ Katakuriko
  5. 1 1/2 tbspSoy sauce
  6. 1/2 tbspMirin
  7. 110 mlWater

Cooking Instructions

    Make the white dango (same amount of ingredients as, and roll into 16 pieces). Skewer the steamed dango onto skewers, with 4 pieces on each skewer.

    Put the ★ ingredients into a saucepan and stir with a wooden spoon until the sauce becomes transparent. Pour a generous amount of sauce on top of the dango.
