Homemade Chapatti served with steamed cabbage and sauce

Ingredients

  1. Flour
  2. Warm water
  3. Salt
  4. Cooking oil
  5. Onion
  6. Tomato

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix flour and the warm water containing salt

  2. 2

    Mix well the dough and and oil for it to be firm and soft and then roll round

  3. 3

    In a frying pan put oil and fry the rolled chapatti till it browns

  4. 4

    In a sufuria put the chopped onions and fry till it browns

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes and keep on stirring till if forms a sauce add in the cabbage and reduce heat and cover to steam for 5 mins then serve it
